END OF RAMADAN COMMUNIQUÉ

The President of the Islamic Community in Spain announces that, with the fourth crescent of the moon NOT having been sighted in the area in question, thirty days of the holy month of Ramadan will be completed, being the Saturday 22 April on the 1st day of the month of Shawwal and therefore the festival of the Eid al Fitr.
Allah says in the Qur'an:
Allah wants for you the easy and not the difficult, but He wants you to complete the number (of days) and to proclaim the greatness of Allah for having guided you.

Congratulations to the entire Muslim community on this day of celebration. We ask Allah to accept the effort of fasting, reward it and seal it with a blessed Eid day.
